Guiding Public Safety in Washington County
Strong public safety organizations do not operate by

Supporting Our Workforce
Public safety depends on people. Today, WCSO’s
workforce includes 405 certified staff and over
177 professional staff. Recruiting, training, and
retaining dedicated deputies and professional staff is
one of the most important investments we can make
for Washington County. By prioritizing employee
